Madison goes kosher
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is opening a kosher meat kitchen.

The kitchen, one of a handful on U.S. college campuses, will open in November and is aimed at accommodating the campus' Jewish and Muslim students, officials told the Associated Press this week.
